No pitch, no pressure. You explain what's going on with your business or what you're trying to achieve, and Danny will tell you honestly whether he can help. If yes, he'll explain what that looks like and what it'd cost. If no, he'll point you in the right direction. **I haven't started my business yet. Can you help?** Yes — this is a sweet spot. The Business Launch Package was built specifically for people in this position. It covers logo, website, Google Business Profile, CRM, automation, training, and 12 months of support so you don't have to piece it all together yourself. **I don't really know what I need. Is that okay?** Completely normal. Most clients don't arrive with a clear tech plan — they just know something isn't working or they're starting from scratch. A short conversation usually clarifies what makes sense. No brief required. **I'm not great with technology. Will that be a problem?** Not at all. The business is named "Plain Speak" because everything is explained in normal language — no jargon, no acronyms, no assumed knowledge of DNS or SSL. Training videos are recorded for every project, and Danny is around afterwards if you get stuck. **How do I get started?** Book a free chat through the website. After the call, if you want to proceed, you'll receive a quote and a short questionnaire. Approve the quote, pay the 50% deposit, and work begins. **How does pricing work?** All web design pricing is published on each service page so you can see ballpark figures before talking. After the initial chat, you receive a fixed quote — no surprises, no "it depends" invoices. One-page website $500, full website $1,000, online stores from $1,200, Business Launch Package $2,000 (until 31 July 2026), automation $99–$249/month. All website builds include 12 months hosting. **What are your payment terms?** 50% upfront to start, 50% when complete. For larger projects, the balance can be split over a few months. Automation & AI is monthly. Everything is straightforward. **Why are you cheaper than agencies?** There's no agency. You work directly with Danny — no account managers, no office rent, no layers between you and the person doing the work. Lower overhead, not lower quality. **What's your refund policy?** Cancel before work starts and the deposit is fully refundable. Once work has started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable because it covers time already invested. **Do I need a big budget?** No. Automation starts at $99/month. Websites start at $500. The Business Launch Package is $2,000 and covers everything needed for a new business. The cheaper option is recommended whenever it fits your situation. **How much does a website cost in Australia?** With PSOS: $500–$1,000 for a small business website, $1,200+ for an online store. Perth agencies typically charge $3,000–$8,000+ for similar work. **Can you help with something small?** Yes — Hourly Help ($100/hour) covers one-off fixes, small updates, broken contact forms, content tweaks, tech issues. Not every job needs to be a big project. **How long do projects take?** - One-page website: design within a week, launch the week after approval. - Full website: 1–2 weeks for design, 1–2 weeks to launch after approval. - Starter online store: 2–4 weeks. Full online store: 4–6 weeks. - Business Launch Package: 12-month plan with launch within the first 4–6 weeks. - Automation setup: 1–2 weeks. **What do you need from me?** Your business details, any photos you have (no need for professional shots), and timely feedback as work progresses. A short questionnaire at the start covers everything. Copywriting is handled for you. **How will you keep me in the loop?** A communication plan is set before the project starts. Options: Zoom calls, quick texts, recorded walkthroughs, or a preview link to see work in progress. Updates are shared regularly so there are no surprises. **What if I'm not happy with the design?** Design concepts are shared early so course-corrections happen before anything is built. Revisions during the design phase aren't charged for — the goal is to land somewhere you're genuinely happy with. **Do you work with businesses outside WA?** Yes — Australia-wide, all remote. The first PSOS client was Melbourne-based (All Naturally Good). **Do I own what you build?** Yes. Domains are registered in the client's name, website files belong to the client, and admin access is the client's. All ongoing services are month-to-month. Some solutions are more portable than others by their nature (a Shopify store moves differently to a custom-coded website) — raise portability needs at the start so the right solution is chosen. **What support do I get after launch?** Most projects include a 90-day settle-in period (tweaks, fixes, questions all included) plus 12 months of hosting. The Business Launch Package includes 12 months of full support. After that, optional plans: hosting $29/month or hosting + ongoing support $59/month. Both month-to-month. **Can I update my website myself?** Yes. Sites are built so basic updates (text, photos, blog posts) can be done by the client. Training videos are provided. If you'd rather not touch it, the $59/month Hosting + Support plan covers ongoing edits. **I don't want to get locked into a contract.** Good — neither does PSOS. There are no lock-in contracts. Everything is month-to-month with reasonable notice. **Full FAQ page:** https://www.psos.net.au/pages/faq/ --- ## Case Studies ### All Naturally Good Website refresh for Kerry's health and natural products business based in Melbourne.
