Plain Speak Online Services (PSOS) is a solo-operated digital services business founded by Danny in 2025. PSOS exists because small business owners deserve clear, honest help getting online — without confusing jargon, inflated agency fees, or lock-in contracts. Every service comes with fixed, transparent pricing published upfront, and all work is done directly by Danny (no account managers or outsourcing). Prices range from $99/month for automation to $5,000 for full online stores. ABN: 81 130 093 057.

PSOS specialises in four core services: the Business Launch Package for new businesses, custom website design, online stores (Shopify/WooCommerce), and Automation & AI. All projects include post-launch support (90 days standard, 12 months for the Business Launch Package). Payment terms are 50% deposit upfront, 50% on completion. All ongoing services are month-to-month with no lock-in.
