Getting Started

It's a 15-minute phone call. No pitch, no pressure. You tell me what's going on with your business, what's frustrating you, or what you're trying to achieve — and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help. If I can, I'll explain what that looks like and what it'd cost. If I can't, I'll point you in the right direction.
Yes — and this is actually one of my favourite things to do. I built the Business Launch Package specifically for people in your position. It covers everything from your logo and website to your Google Business Profile and a CRM to manage enquiries. The whole thing is designed so you don't have to piece it all together yourself.
Completely normal. Most people who contact me don't have a clear tech plan — they just know something isn't working, or they're starting from scratch and feel a bit lost. That's fine. I'll ask questions, listen to what you're dealing with, and figure out what actually makes sense. You don't need to come prepared with a brief.
Not even slightly. I named the business "Plain Speak" because I explain things in normal language. No acronyms, no jargon, no assuming you know what DNS or SSL means. I'll walk you through everything, record training videos, and I'm around afterwards if you get stuck.
Book a free chat through my website. It's a quick 15-minute call where we talk about your situation. After that, if you want to go ahead, I'll send you a quote and a simple questionnaire. Once you approve the quote and pay the 50% deposit, I get to work.

Pricing & Payments

I publish price ranges on my services page so you can see ballpark figures before we even talk. After our initial chat, you get a fixed quote — no surprises, no "it depends" invoices at the end. A basic website starts from $800, online stores from $1,200, and the Business Launch Package is $2,000 (until April 30, 2026). I quote based on what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all price list.
50% upfront to start, 50% when we're done. For bigger projects, I'm happy to split the balance over a couple of months if that helps. GoHighLevel plans are monthly — $99 or $299 depending on the plan. Everything's straightforward.
Because there's no agency. You're working directly with me — no account managers, no office rent, no layers of staff between you and the person doing the work. I keep things lean on purpose. That doesn't mean lower quality. It means you're not paying for someone else's overhead.
If you cancel before I start work, your deposit is fully refundable. Once I've started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable because it covers time I've already put in. I share progress regularly so you'll always know where things are at.
Not at all. GoHighLevel starts at $99/month if you just need a system to manage enquiries and bookings. A website starts from $800. The Business Launch Package — which includes a website, logo, Google Business Profile, CRM, and 12 months of support — is $2,000. I'll always recommend the option that fits your situation, even if it's the cheaper one.

Services Overview

Five things: the Business Launch Package for new businesses ($2,000), website design for existing businesses ($800–$1,500), online stores ($1,200–$5,000), GoHighLevel CRM setup and management ($99–$299/month), and reputation and local SEO ($400+). Each one has its own page with full details and pricing if you want to dig in.
It's everything a new business needs to get online properly — bundled into one project instead of five separate ones. You get a logo, a 5-page website with copywriting, enquiry forms or online booking, payment setup, Google Business Profile, GoHighLevel CRM with 12 months included, training, and 12 months of support. It's $2,000 (normally $2,400) until April 30, 2026.
If you're starting fresh, the Business Launch Package covers everything. If you already have a business but need a website (or a better one), that's the Website Design service. Selling products? Online Stores. Already have a website but drowning in admin? GoHighLevel. Want more local customers finding you on Google? SEO & Reputation. Still not sure? There's a 30-second quiz on my homepage, or just book a chat and I'll help you figure it out.
Of course. I do one-off fixes and small updates too — things like fixing a broken contact form, updating content on your site, or sorting out a tech issue. Not everything needs to be a big project. Just get in touch and tell me what's going on.

Working With Me

It depends on the project. For websites, a single-page site usually has a design proposal within a week and launches the week after approval. Full multi-page sites are typically 1–2 weeks for design, then another couple of weeks to launch once approved. Online stores take longer — 2–4 weeks for a Starter Store, 4–6 weeks for a Full Store. The Business Launch Package is a 12-month plan (more on that on the Business Launch page). GoHighLevel setup runs about 1–2 weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline during our first chat.
It depends on the project, but generally: your business details, any photos you have (don't stress if they're not professional), and timely feedback when I share progress. I send a short questionnaire at the start that covers everything. If I'm writing your website copy, I'll handle that — you just answer some questions about your business.
We set a communication plan before the project starts. Some clients prefer Zoom calls, some just want a text saying things are on track, and some want a full recorded walkthrough of every change. I'll share progress as I go — usually screen recordings or links to a preview site so you can see exactly what I'm building. If something comes up or I hit a snag, I'll tell you straight away.
Yes, I work with businesses anywhere in Australia. Everything's done remotely — calls, emails, screen shares. My first client was actually a Melbourne-based business (All Naturally Good), so distance hasn't been an issue from day one.

Ownership & Support

I believe you should own your assets, and I never lock people in. All ongoing services are month-to-month. The reality is that some solutions are more portable than others from a technical standpoint — a Shopify store transfers differently to a custom-coded website, for example. If a business outgrows what I offer, that's a good thing. I'll happily work with another agency or developer to make sure the handover goes smoothly. If ownership and portability are important to you, raise it at the start so we can factor that into the solution.
Most projects include 90 days of post-launch support — bug fixes, small tweaks, and questions about what I built. The Business Launch Package includes 12 months. After that, I offer optional monthly plans: hosting from $29/month, or hosting plus ongoing support from $59/month. Both are month-to-month.
Almost everything I offer is month-to-month. Hosting, GoHighLevel, support plans — give 30 days notice and you can cancel any of them. The one exception is the Business Launch Package, which includes 12 months of support as part of the deal. You can still move to another provider during that time if you want to, but the package itself isn't refundable. I'd rather earn your business each month than trap you in a contract.
That's your call. I'll hand over files, credentials, and access — no exit fees, no awkward conversations. Some setups are simpler to migrate than others depending on the tech involved, so if you're thinking about it, just let me know and I'll walk you through what's involved. I'd obviously prefer to keep working with you, but I'm not going to make it difficult if you want to move on.
