Our booking page uses an embedded widget from GoHighLevel (hosted at update.psos.net.au), which may set its own cookies to manage the booking experience.

Managing cookies: You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website.

Google Fonts: Our website loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com). When you visit our site, your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve these fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google. This is a standard web practice. 7. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business and deliver services to you. These providers may process your personal information on our behalf:

  • Make.com (formerly Integromat) — Processes form submissions from our contact and quiz forms. Receives your name, email, phone number, and enquiry details for routing to our CRM.
  • GoHighLevel — Our customer relationship management (CRM) and booking platform. Manages consultation bookings, contact records, and communications. The booking calendar on our website is an embedded GoHighLevel widget (hosted at update.psos.net.au) that collects your name, email, phone, and appointment preferences directly.
  • Stripe — Processes payments securely. We do not store your credit card or bank details; these are handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Vercel — Hosts our website and processes form submissions through serverless functions. Vercel may log IP addresses and request metadata as part of standard web hosting operations.
  • Google — Provides web fonts (Google Fonts), analytics services (Google Analytics), and advertising services (Google Ads conversion tracking). See Section 4 for details on cookies and opt-out options.

We do not sell your personal information. Third-party providers are only permitted to use your data for the purposes outlined above and are required to maintain appropriate security measures.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

We ensure these providers comply with strict privacy and security standards.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for service delivery, financial/legal compliance, or until you request deletion.

10. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to individuals whose personal information is involved, we will:

  • Take immediate steps to contain the breach and mitigate any harm
  • Assess the breach to determine the likelihood of serious harm
