A quick note on usage
Your plan includes everyday usage — appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and system notifications. For most small businesses, that covers day-to-day operations.
If you want to send marketing emails, bulk SMS campaigns, or use additional AI features, that usage is billed at provider cost — no platform markup. Most clients spend only a few dollars a month; anything bigger, I'll price with you upfront before it happens.
There are no surprise bills. I monitor your usage and flag anything unusual before it costs you money.
