Hourly Web Help & Website Maintenance Perth — Hire Me By The Hour | PSOS
By the Hour or Half-Day

Hire me by the hour

For when you don’t need a whole project — just a few hours of someone who knows what they’re doing.

$100/hour · $350 half-day

Pay only for the time you use • No project commitment • No lock-in

Sound Familiar?

“I have a website but it wasn’t built by you — can you still help?”

Yes. Bring whatever you’ve got. I’ll have a look and tell you if I can help — or point you to someone who can.

“It’s only a small job. I don’t really need a whole project.”

Exactly what this is for. If you don’t need a rebuild and you don’t need a monthly plan, hourly is the right call.

“I’ve been meaning to fix [the thing] for months.”

Most people who book hourly say this. The job is usually smaller than the dread suggests.

“I’m not even sure if my thing is possible.”

Tell me what you’re trying to do. If it’s not possible, I’ll say so — and probably suggest something close that is.

What people hire me for by the hour

Most of this work falls under what people search for as “website maintenance” — small fixes, content updates, audits, the things that don’t need a full rebuild. If yours doesn’t fit neatly into one of these, send it through anyway.

A site I didn’t build, sorted by someone who knows what they’re doing

Tweaks, layout fixes, new pages, content swaps. Whatever’s been bugging you about the site you’re living with.

A website audit and the fixes that follow

A proper look at your site with a written list of what to fix — then I do the work. Or just the audit, if that’s all you want.

One specific thing that’s broken or stuck

Form not sending. Integration playing up. A page that won’t behave. Whatever the thing is — send it through.

The website backlog you’ve been meaning to clear

A half-day works through more than you’d think. Bring me your list.

Adding something new to your existing site

Booking widget, new section, gallery, integration with another tool — most things are simpler than they look.

Copy that doesn’t read like AI wrote it

Page rewrites, new pages, or a full content refresh. Keyword research included if you want your pages working harder in search.

Setting up the basics that always get put off

Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, a tracking pixel, basic SEO setup. The stuff that’s not hard but somehow never gets done. (Yes, Google Business Profile help is genuinely the most common one.)

What it costs

A clear price upfront — same as everything else on this site. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Hourly

$100/hour

  • 1 hour minimum, then billed in 30-minute increments
  • Best for: quick fixes, one-off jobs, “just sort this for me”
  • Includes a time estimate before any work starts
  • Payment upfront
  • Work delivered async unless we agree otherwise

Half-Day

$350 (4 hours)

  • A more efficient way to work through bigger jobs — saves you about $50 vs. hourly
  • Best for: backlogs, audit + implementation, page rebuilds, content refreshes
  • Includes a scheduled block of focused time
  • Written summary of what was done
Book a Half-Day →

Booking lead time: Weekday half-days need to be booked 2 weeks ahead. Saturday half-days are available too, same rate, usually with shorter notice. Hourly bookings are more flexible — see what’s possible when you get in touch.

Got something bigger? Full-day work is available on request — get in touch and I’ll quote it. For larger pieces of work, you might be better suited to a Website Design build instead.

How it works

1

You tell me what you need

Quick form below, or a free chat if you’d rather talk it through. Either’s fine — I read everything that comes in.

2

I come back with a time estimate

Within 1 business day. No clock starts before we both agree what we’re doing.

3

You pay, I start

Card payment via Stripe — the link I send works on any device. Bank transfer if you’d rather. Work usually starts within 3 business days of payment — sooner if it’s urgent and I can fit it in.

4

You get a summary when it’s done

What I did, time used, anything I noticed worth flagging. If a job is heading over the estimate, I’ll tell you before I keep going. No surprise invoices.

Based in Perth? We can meet in person.

If you’re in the Perth metro area, I’m happy to do the first session in person — over coffee, at your office, wherever works. Sometimes it’s easier to point at a screen together than email back and forth.

After that, most ongoing work is faster done remotely. But if you’d rather keep meeting in person, that’s fine too.

What this isn’t

I’d rather be straight about who this isn’t for than have you book in for the wrong thing.

This isn’t the right fit if:

You want a whole new website built — that’s Website Design

You’re starting a brand-new business and need everything set up — that’s the Business Launch Package

You want a set-it-up-and-forget-it CRM with monthly support — that’s Automation & AI

You need ongoing weekly hoursbook a chat and we’ll work out something more sensible than this hourly rate

It doesn’t matter what your site is built on. I’ve worked across Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoHighLevel, and custom coded sites — but I’m not limited to that list. If you’ve got a website, I can probably help.

Tell Me What You Need

I’ll come back with a time estimate within 1 business day. No commitment until you say go.

Common Questions

Not quite. Most website maintenance plans bill you a set monthly fee whether you need anything done or not. With Hourly Help, you only pay when you have something that needs sorting — fixes, updates, content changes, audits. If you’d rather pay a flat fee for ongoing hosting and small edits, my Website Design clients get that option as a $59/month add-on after launch.
One hour is the minimum. After that, I bill in 30-minute increments. Most quick fixes take more than an hour once you factor in checking it actually works properly.
I’ll let you know before I keep going. You decide whether to extend it. No surprise invoices — that’s not how I work.
Sometimes. Tell me what’s going on and I’ll be straight about whether I can fit it in.
Not yet, but it’s something I’m thinking about adding. For now, the half-day rate is the best block discount.
Saturday half-days are available at the same rate, usually with shorter notice than weekdays. For hourly weekend work, get in touch and ask.
Yes. Some people use this once a quarter, some every couple of months. No formal arrangement needed — get in touch when you’ve got something for me.
Card via Stripe — the link I send works on any device. Bank transfer if you’d rather.
I’ll tell you straight. Where I can, I’ll point you to someone who can.

Got something you need a hand with?

Send me a quick note about what you’re trying to sort out. I’ll come back with an honest time estimate — and if I’m not the right person, I’ll tell you that too.
