What It's Actually Like
We start with a chat. Not a sales pitch — a proper conversation about your business, who your customers are, and what you need the website to do. I'll ask questions. You tell me what you know. I figure out the rest.
After that, I'll send you a short questionnaire. It covers the basics — your services, what makes you different, the kind of people you want to attract. If you don't know how to answer something, just say so. That's what I'm here for.
I'll come back with a design and draft copy. You'll see your business on screen and think “oh, that's actually what I wanted to say.” We'll go back and forth until you're happy. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Then we launch. Every website I build is a responsive website — it works on phones, tablets, and desktops because that's where your customers are. I record a video showing you how to make simple updates. We jump on a call so I can walk you through everything. And for the next 90 days, if something breaks, looks wrong, or you just have a question — you message me and I sort it. That's it. No mystery. No jargon. No surprises.

When your site goes live, your 90-day settle-in period starts. During that time, I'm actively hands-on — tweaks, content changes, fixes, questions, training follow-ups. Anything you need to feel completely confident with your website is included.
Your hosting is also included for the first 12 months. Fast, reliable, with daily backups and security updates handled for you. After the settle-in period, if you want ongoing edits and SEO attention on top of your hosting, you can add the Support plan.
