GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel puts a business’s CRM, email marketing, SMS, booking calendar, forms, and marketing automation in one place, all sharing the same data. Someone fills out a form; the platform adds them to the CRM, sends a confirmation, triggers a follow-up, and books them into a calendar. No separate tools stitched together.
Two reasons the name keeps coming up. It’s aimed heavily at marketing agencies, who can white-label it and sell it to clients under their own brand. Plenty of businesses use it without ever hearing the name. And it rides the tool-consolidation trend: one subscription instead of five.
Published pricing starts around US$97 a month — roughly $150 AUD — with email and SMS usage billed on top.
Where I stand: PSOS doesn’t sell or set up GoHighLevel — my automation work is built on custom systems designed around each business. This entry exists because it’s a name Australian small business owners hear constantly, and it deserves a plain-English explanation like everything else here.
