A quick note on usage credits
Your plan includes $10/month in credits that cover the basics — appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and system notifications. For most small businesses, this is plenty for day-to-day operations.
If you want to send marketing emails, bulk SMS campaigns, or use additional AI features, those use extra credits at standard rates. Here's what that looks like in real numbers:
- Sending an email: ~$0.0014 per email (about 7,000 emails for $10)
- Sending an SMS: ~$0.10 per text in Australia
- Outbound phone call: ~$0.028 per minute
- AI chatbot usage: ~$0.03 per interaction
